Viscosity

A measurement used to quantify a material property of liquid plastics.

The measure of the internal resistance of a fluid to deformation by either shear or tensile stress. For example,maple syrup is thin and has low viscosity and honey is thick and has high viscosity. Viscosity is affected by temperature.
